What people call intelligence just boils down to curiosity.\" A quote from the late Aaron Swartz, someone who I admired deeply while I was getting my MIS degree at Loyola. This mindset was how I approached learning in my youth and still drives my approach today: stay curious, challenge assumptions, and build with purpose.I try to live and lead with curiosity. When we stop asking questions, we stop growing. As the driving force behind Tricerat, I’m passionate about using technology to create impact. I believe the best results come from stepping outside comfort zones, leading with empathy, and surrounding yourself with people who challenge you to grow. And never forgetting to listen to the customer (AKA my boss). Occasionally I will post about what it is like balancing running a business while being a wife and mother of my two young boys (my everything).
