Early in my 20+ year career, I was juggling an expanding career, a husband with a similarly expanding career, young children, and learning how to (not) be a leader. All on my own. I had no mentor, no coach, no sponsor. I didn\'t even know I should be looking for one.That\'s my WHY for supporting early-to-mid career women.Now I\'m bringing together my two passions: leadership & career coaching and community building to create something I wish I\'d had: peer advisory boards for women at this exact stage.As a certified coach, I specialize in those critical moments where careers can stall. I\'ve coached women through job searches, promotions, career pivots, growing families and balancing ambition with life.
