I develop the Entrepreneurship Pathway to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit within students to envision, build, and attain the future they want for themselves, increasing enrollment from 47 to 175 students in a year. This includes designing curriculum and teaching courses in entrepreneurship, project management, and business analytics, equipping students with skills to pursue their passions through experiences that are transformative, relevant, and professionally validated. Additionally, I manage a team of 5 and support their student-led initiatives, including running a store and consulting on client projects for community impact. The development and success of the pathway is rooted in collaborating with industry professionals to bridge the gap between education and industry and provide real-world, practical applications. To spark an early interest in entrepreneurship, I engage 60 elementary and middle school students in summer programming, and to continuously integrate the most relevant skills in the pathway, I advance my learning by seeking knowledge, courses, and certifications. Further, I support building initiatives and enhance organizational decision-making by creating budgets, analyzing retention data, providing staff training, and developing other relevant tools to streamline processes.
