ABOUT HANNAH GORDON
I am currently working at Aldi as a National Project Manager looking after Colleague Experience. My main goal in this role is to improve colleague engagement and therefore the motivation of our colleagues. I believe that when colleagues are engaged, colleague retention improves and teams are happier and friendlier, which drives a high performance culture. Most importantly, leading happy and engaged teams feels good!I have worked for Aldi for the last nine years and here I have gained experience in Project Management, Customer Experience and Colleague Experience. Throughout my time at Aldi I have proven my skills in leadership, project management, people engagement and people development. My previous roles at Aldi and other retails have included; Customer Experience Manager, Area Manager, Store Manager, Team Leader and Visual Merchandiser.
