ABOUT BOVA TWIZEYIMANA

I specialise in analysing, designing and implementing cost saving solutions while optimising business structures, processes and ways of working. My approach combines data-driven insights with stakeholder collaboration to ensure solutions are both practical and aligned with organisational objectives. Originally from the “country of a thousand hills,” I grew up in France, pursued my studies in the UK, and am currently based in Germany. My passion lies in leveraging technology, driving innovation, and transforming business ideas into tangible results. As a Business Analyst at ALDI SÜD, I play a key role in reprogramming retail processes across six countries. I focus on identifying business needs, translating them into actionable requirements, and delivering solutions within the Listing and Space Management product. As one of only two Subject Matter SPOCs in my field, I am responsible for constant communication, knowledge-sharing, and training. I work closely with IT teams to guide products from demand to solution, ensuring seamless implementation and measurable value. I combine a drive for simplicity with a creative mindset, enabling me to generate practical yet innovative solutions. One of my initiatives was successfully adopted across the entire business, highlighting my ability to deliver impactful change. I am ambitious and hold myself to high standards, both professionally and personally. I believe that a happy mind and balanced work-life directly contribute to outstanding performance and sustainable success. My expertise includes utilising buying processes, demand management and end-to-end project coordination. For me, the biggest risk in business is not taking one.
