As the Social Media Specialist at ASQ, I do far more than post content—I drive strategy, build community, and create campaigns that make quality engaging and accessible for a global audience.Since stepping into this role in February 2024, I’ve reimagined our social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. My work has led to a 13.5% increase in impressions, 154.6% increase in engagements, 219.9% increase in link clicks, and a 124.3% lift in overall engagement rate. I’ve grown our Instagram presence from the ground up and developed creative, data-informed campaigns like Camp Quality that deepen member engagement and spark conversations around quality.I manage the full social media lifecycle—from strategy and content creation to scheduling, engagement, performance analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. I work cross-functionally to align messaging with organizational goals and often create original graphics to support brand consistency.Looking ahead, I’m excited to expand my impact by managing additional ASQ-owned brand channels and elevating our social strategy even further.
