Managing a startup called Executive Connections. At ExecConnect, we specialize in creating personalized experiences that help top-level, highly sought after candidates feel at home in Charleston, SC. Our team works hand-in-hand with organizations to support recruitment and retention efforts by fostering authentic community connections for candidates and their families.Through curated itineraries, local insights, and meaningful introductions, we showcase what makes each community unique — helping professionals envision their lives here, not just their careers.Our goal is to attract, connect, and solidify top executive candidates while also supporting them to make their transition less stressful. Through personalized visits in the community, candidates will feel more at home in Charleston, SC.Previously, I was Manager of MUSC Health Solutions, the strategic innovation, commercialization and ventures arm for the healthcare enterprise and focuses on shifting the healthcare industry and redefining the way care is delivered. Solutions is dedicated to the identification, evaluation, and development of technologies, programs and services for the sake of radical innovation. Solutions manages a portfolio of partnerships, joint ventures, and startup investments.an advanced and disruptive product/service/solutions development group organizationally isolated from the rest of the company with innovation and solutions at the core of the department. I obtained a Master of Health Administration degree at the Medical University of South Carolina and completed a year long administrative fellowship program prior to being the Project Manager and then Manager of MUSC Health Solutions.
