I have been a wizard at Operations Management for 6+ years. My biggest strength is being able to quickly identify skills, gifts and talents of people they don\'t even realize they have. I love being everyone\'s go-to guy at work. I am obsessed at staying organized and making everyone\'s life easier. My 13+ years of experience in Customer Service within international hotel chains with diverse nationalities has given me the ability to build strong relationships, great communication skills and eventually realize that at the end of the day, my job involves people. We\'re complicated. I am a people oriented person and enjoy interacting with guests and customers immensely which has been the reason of my success in my previous positions. Moreover, I can easily predetermine customer needs and arrange for the right combination of events in order to meet those needs.
