ABOUT CRAIG HANELA

Experienced leader with outstanding record developing and managing world-class operations across 30+ manufacturing and distribution sites in 15 countries. Strong engineering and business acumen with a passion for team development and customer advocacy. I’m continuously honing my toolbox to not only know when and how to use them, but more importantly what tool(s) not use in certain circumstance. Being able to scale up/down effectively and actively listen and work with all team members and orgs across the globe has allowed me to be highly successful in maximizing the output, openness & job satisfaction of partners around the world. I’m a firm believer in the KISS principle when it comes to processes and communications. I’m the one that has been the one looked at to address the big problems. Almost all of the new job roles I have taken have been the result of taking on one of these challenges that I’ve been specifically requested to address.
