Mommie Support Network provides self-care education for mothers with young children.(We will be expanding our reach in 2024 to all women and not just mothers.) We want every mom to experience physical and emotional wellbeing so that they are in the best health possible for themselves and their families. Our organization is based upon Christian principles as we seek to honor and proclaim Jesus Christ through our service. We know that 15 - 20% of new moms will suffer from postpartum disorders. By offering self-care classes, Bible studies, and support groups, we help mothers achieve and maintain spiritual, physical, emotional and mental health. Our program includes Moms Rising Circle Support Groups where mothers can obtain social, peer-to-peer support.
