As Community Outreach and Partnerships Manager, I lead strategic efforts to build, strengthen, and expand relationships with community organizations, stakeholders, and key partners. My focus is on creating impactful collaborations that drive mutual value, enhance brand visibility, and align with organizational goals.Responsibilities include: • Developing and executing outreach strategies to engage diverse community groups and stakeholders • Identifying, initiating, and nurturing strategic partnerships across sectors (nonprofit, corporate, government, and education) • Planning, managing, and evaluating community engagement initiatives and events • Acting as the liaison between the organization and external partners to ensure aligned goals and sustained engagement • Collaborating cross-functionally to integrate outreach strategies with marketing, programs, and development goals • Tracking and reporting on outreach metrics, partnership outcomes, and community impact
