Senior Operating Officer - responsible for leading London Underground’s ‘Command & Control’ operation as well as real time response for the London Underground network – assuming functional control of all 8 control centres associated with the operation of the railway - and all the required network functions including \'service control\',\'track access\',\'power control\',\'connect\' and the engineering asset response organisations. Directing communications to key stakeholders such as Managing Director, Commissioner and Mayor\'s office and assuming the role of \'Gold Control\' for Category 1 and major incidents affecting the network.Dedicated to making a difference to our people by making the organisation an even better place to work.
