Lead on and deliver a number of content projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring they achieve their aims and are delivered to a high standard, on time and on budget. Generate engaging content for diverse platforms, spanning website articles, blog posts, social media updates, videos, and email newsletters. Editing, proofreading, researching and copywriting, ensuring that all content meets the agreed guidelines and relevant policies. Collaborate with team members to devise content strategies aligned with project objectives and audience preferences. Collaborate and co-produce content with young people, colleagues, project evaluators, partners, and stakeholders. Deliver youth-focused campaigns and projects, actively co-producing content with young people to ensure their voices and experiences are central. Develop marketing strategies to amplify content reach and engagement, encompassing internal and external channels such as the website, social media and newsletters. Engage in paid promotion activities such as advertising or boosting content to further amplify reach and engagement. Organise and provide training and support on content development and digital media tools for internal and external stakeholders, e.g. Canva, WordPress (CMS), Meta Business Suite, and style guides/brand kits. Cultivate strong client and stakeholder relationships across all projects. Effectively communicate to ensure our clients have clarity on deliverables, manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and evaluate project performance, gathering feedback and insights to refine future strategies. Contribute to new business development, funding applications and sustainability plans where appropriate.
