CGI: • Served as a Senior Consultant, specializing in CRM. Amnesty International: • Managed the pro bono section for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution. Salvation Army Norway: • Oversaw the introduction of a new CRM solution. • Tackled their most intricate and multifaceted project, which was both a challenge and a delight. Specialized in transitioning from manual to automated processes. Highlighted Projects: • Directed the Salvation Army\'s CRM solution implementation. • Developed the customer database and CRM infrastructure for Kjedehuset, encompassing about 180 dealers and almost sales representatives across Norway. • Played a pivotal role in Telenor Mobil: • Spearheaded the “Win” project, a major customer acquisition drive. • Managed the “hold” and “win back” campaigns, resulting in significant churn reduction. These were so effective that they were later prohibited in Norway. • Computed the Customer Lifetime Value for Telenor\'s customer base. • Facilitated the RFI process at Telenor, producing a shortlist of potential new vendors for campaign management and data mining systems.
