With five years of experience as a Public Health Advisor at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), I have developed core competencies in emergency response, surveillance, program management and evaluation, and public policy. I have coordinated and supported state and local health departments in addressing various public health threats, such as COVID-19, cyberattacks, Mpx therapeutics, opioids, and HIV. Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Public Health degree at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, with a focus on epidemiology and biostatistics. My goal is to apply my skills and knowledge to support global health initiatives and programs that aim to improve health equity and outcomes.
