As Director of Global Program Technology and Process Solutions, I lead a multi-functional team responsible for delivering technology and process solutions across 30 global offices, 8,700 frontline partners, and over end-users. My leadership extends to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within my teams, enabling us to streamline workflows, enhance training resources, and provide clear technical documentation to empower end-users.Through my efforts, I have enhanced global alignment by developing and maintaining a comprehensive technology roadmap, reduced inefficiencies by implementing process improvements, and prioritized the delivery of innovative solutions that drive customer value and business success.
