In this role, I lead the design and implementation of Compassion’s global programs, partnering with over 8,600 local churches to drive holistic child development for more than 2.2 million sponsored children worldwide in 29 countries. I oversee the development of our Global Program policies and processes, ensuring they are effective and aligned with Compassion’s global objectives. Guiding cross-functional teams, we craft and execute operational models and strategies to enhance our global impact, championing a developmental mindset and aligning our program outputs with Compassion’s Theory of Change and Theory of Action. In addition, we are developing strategic alliances and growing our government program funding portfolio while collaborating across Compassion to implement innovative initiatives and raise additional resources to expand program quality and help churches reach more children and improve holistic child well-being.
