A positive and dedicated research and data manager with a strong record of stakeholder engagement, team building, taxonomy design, data analysis, report writing and dissemination.With a background in UK skills and LMI, I joined Burning Glass in August 2013, a very exciting opportunity to work on real-time LMI and an excellent analytic system which can spot new trends and labour market \"green shoots\" as they emerge. After five years working as UK Research Manager I moved to a global position, managing all the taxonomies to which Burning Glass encode job posting and resumé data.After Burning Glass and Emsi merged to form Lightcast I transitioned to a similar role in the larger company, with a greater focus on truly global taxonomies - which will enable us to truly become the global authority on LMI.
