Review and recommend updates to internal policies that will foster an environment of diversity and inclusion and align with the SAFE Center’s vision of being an antiracist organization- Develop survivor leadership programs, protocols, including consent forms, survivor leader manuals, and protocols for recruitment and retainment of leaders- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders particularly in Prince George’s County to create and strengthen partnerships- Research and develop a comprehensive map of Prince George’s County outlining the demographics, needs, and organizations in the different cities- Work with SAFE Center leadership, develop policies and protocol on how best to solicit and integratesurvivor input and feedback into the development, implementation, and evaluation of SAFE Center programs.
