ABOUT HOWARD GRANT

Creating unique value and helping people has always been a goal of mine. Throughout life, my passion for creating better environments for others has allowed me to step into many leadership positions to serve people. Although I am no longer a section leader for my high school band or president of a college mentorship program, I still enjoy the opportunities I have to make a difference. Some of my accomplishments include:1. Managed over 45 projects from requirements stage to project delivery for Package Equipment Center and Relay Panel products 2. Leading the operations team for conferences with attendees of little over 100 people to some with almost 700 3. Designing a training manual for an organization to increase employee satisfaction and confidence while on the job 4. Managing the distribution of plumbing material for multiple neighborhoods 5. Redesigning departments to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction 6. Improving operations by creating a more ergonomically sound process for employees while boosting production ‍7. Working with safety administration to create a safer work environment for employees 🦺Being able to wear different hats, observe problems and processes, and work with a team to develop solutions to deliver results to customers is what brings me joy. Taking on new challenges and projects over the years has not only brought me out of my comfort zone, but has allowed me to develop skills in strategic thinking, data analytics, sales and operations, customer service, stakeholder management, and cross functional collaboration to name a few. I am excited to continue my professional journey and add value to the organizations and people I serve.
