Starting in the supply planning function, I worked with the demand managers and customer unit heads to determine the number of radios we planned to deliver in the quarter, and based on this, forecast, and orders, raised request to our global team to change production. Now, I am taking over the End-to-End view of the Microwave Portfolio. Here I am in charge of the planning, buying, and managing the different products within the portfolio. With smaller quantities to take care of, I need to have constant communication between the supply customer team, the hub in Mexico, and the global team.

Hi! I’m Grace Yatcilla, a Supply Planner at Ericsson who enjoys turning complex challenges into clear, actionable plans. I partner with teams across planning, logistics, and operations to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time, using tools like SAP, SQL, and Power BI to improve visibility and support better decision-making, while building strong relationships along the way.I’m also a participant in Ericsson’s NextWave leadership development program, where I’m gaining mentorship, leadership coaching, and hands-on strategic project experience. Our current focus is exploring how Agentic AI can create meaningful value in today’s supply chain environment.I’m passionate about continuous improvement, collaboration, and building smarter, more resilient supply chains.
