As the Head of Region Supply for TMUS, I hold a key leadership position with comprehensive responsibilities. I am the front-line point of contact for Supply related activities, ensuring seamless coordination and delivering timely and accurate outcomes to Customer TMUS. My role requires a strong alignment with global supply organization processes and the execution of strategic objectives to contribute to the overall success of the organization. One of my notable achievements is successfully leading the monthly Executive Sales and Operations Planning (S & OP) process for T-Mobile. Through effective cross-functional collaboration, I align demand and supply plans to optimize operations and drive organizational success. Additionally, I take charge of defining the quarterly Supply Plan, strategically aligning it with the customer unit, finance, and the global supply organization. This alignment ensures seamless coordination and maximizes operational efficiency. In my role as Head of Region Supply, I apply a customer-centric approach to optimize end-to-end processes. By understanding and addressing customer needs while maintaining a strong focus on cost consciousness, I contribute to improved customer satisfaction and enhanced operational effectiveness. My track record as a problem solver for customers is well-established. I consistently find innovative solutions by leveraging internal team networking, ensuring exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
