Provide project management support including status reporting and maintaining integrated master schedules (IMS). Lead workstream including data gap analysis and business process improvement.* Project/Program Management: Oversee the migration of a Federal Government client from the Drupal 7 to Drupal 8 web content management platform, executing all PMO tasks including supporting team staffing and budgeting.* Business Development/Stakeholder Relationships: Establish strong stakeholder relationships to achieve $1M worth of work thus far with a client, estimated to lead to an additional $3-4M implementation work.* Subject Matter Expertise: Attend DrupalCon to advance technical knowledge, leading to improved review and management of the delivery/approval of functional and technical documentation.
