I have been heavily involved in tailings dam cosntruction projects at the Detour Lake Mine-Extensive work in construction monitoring work for two different dams which included soil characterization, sampling and quality assurance in a remote location -Site investigations work for future dam raises including pionjar drilling, sonic drilling and test pitting -Quality assurance management and document control -Stability and seepage modeling and analysis for a variety of structures on site using GeoStudio -Preparing construction records and design reports for the client -
