As part of the WSU Athletics Marketing team, I supported game day operations and fan engagement initiatives for football, men’s basketball, women’s volleyball, and other sports. My role included coordinating sponsorship activations, assisting with in game promotions, and managing on site logistics to create a memorable fan experience.Key contributions:• Collaborated with marketing staff to execute promotions that increased student and community engagement• Assisted in sponsorship fulfillment by setting up activations and ensuring partner visibility at events• Supported digital and in person campaigns that drove attendance and strengthened Cougar spirit• Gained experience working in a fast paced environment while balancing multiple projects on tight timelinesThis role gave me direct exposure to sports marketing, event management, and brand promotion which I continue to apply in my professional journey.
