ABOUT GWEN PEACE
I am a junior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill actively pursuing a double major in journalism (sports communications) and history. Currently, I am working as a sports communications and social media intern for London-based firm The Sports Marketing Group, where I work closely with a variety of motorsports clients. I have previously served as a communications intern at Seven Letter, E&V Strategic Communications, and on Capitol Hill for a senior congressional office. Additionally, I was the Assistant Sports Editor of the Daily Tar Heel from 20••••24, and I have contributed sports content to various local and regional publications. I am extremely passionate about motorsports, and plan to pursue a communications career in the industry after graduation. In my free time I enjoy following Formula 1, playing tennis, and oil painting. Additionally, I am a competitive equestrian with extensive knowledge of equine care, and I volunteer at USEF sponsored shows in various roles.
