Tea & Coffee I\'ve spent 15+ years drinking it. And 2+ years paying attention to it. When my job at Ringtons came up, I thought about the company the same as every other 30-something in the North East. Ringtons was [and still is!] my Nana\'s favourite tea and biscuits.She waits patiently for her fortnightly delivery from the Ringtons man. A real fan!What I didn\'t know when I took the job was that there was way more to Ringtons than the traditional door-to-door service.Fast forward to now. With Ringtons for Business I help to create awesome places where you can enjoy a tea or coffee out-of-home. Could be at work, your favourite coffee shop, that fancy hotel you stayed at last year or even the garden centre you go to in the summer. The Ringtons Way is to deliver exceptional product and unrivaled support.\"Support\" in the Tea & Coffee world might mean fitting a coffee machine, engineering support, barista training, delivering a course, developing your menu, improving your workflow, pricing, operations and more! Alongside the job I\'m studying for a Diploma with the Specialty Coffee Association (still can\'t believe that\'s a thing!), and also studying with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
