As a consultant, created and co-ordinated innovative programming for the three day international trade show. Events included: themed-tutored tastings of cheese with wine, beer and spirits, raclette, industry panel discussion regarding CETA, industry competitions including celebrations cakes of cheese, panini, cheese platters and cooking. Communicated with cheesemakers, distributors, importers, national and provincial associations, and government organizations. Assisted in securing sponsors for these events. Provided industry counselling to aspiring companies. Worked at both the Montreal and Toronto shows, using my fluency in French and English to complete my projects.
