8 years. Investment Banking. Zero critical post-production defects across every major release I\'ve managed. I\'m a Test Manager and QA Lead specialising in Compliance, Regulatory, Risk and Finance the high-stakes end of financial services where quality failures have regulatory consequences. At M&G Investments I led the QA function across 5+ concurrent programmes simultaneously. In that time I built an automation framework that took test coverage from 20% to 90%, cut regression cycles by 40%, and reduced defect leakage by 35%. I managed a team of 8 engineers and delivered UAT sign-off with 15+ business stakeholders across 6 major releases on time, every time. The next frontier for QA in financial services is AI. I am now applying AI and ML model testing principles in practice including LLM output validation, bias and fairness testing, prompt injection testing and model drift detection positioning myself at the intersection of traditional enterprise QA and emerging AI quality assurance.
