At IPE Global, my journey has been one of technical evolution and institutional transformation. What began as a role in Business Development soon expanded into a strategic mission to institutionalise quality from a technical core, streamline systems, and elevate governance standards across one of Asia’s leading development consulting firms.Armed with strong domain expertise in environment, waste management, and institutional development, I was entrusted to engineer quality into the organisation’s DNA. Rising through the ranks - from Manager to Vice President, Quality- I applied technical insight to design scalable systems that drive both operational efficiency and developmental impact.I led the organisation-wide implementation of the Quality Management Systems. From developing QC/QA review frameworks, SOPs, corporate policies, and project management manuals to instituting branding and documentation guidelines, each component was grounded in sectoral realities and technical precision.My extensive engagement with technical bids and deliverables has helped craft winning proposals for multimillion-dollar programmes funded by USAID, FCDO (formerly DFID), and other global donors. These were strategic reviews aligned to sectoral goals and donor frameworks. This commitment to aligning technical quality with institutional purpose contributed to IPE Global being awarded USAID’s Gold Standard in Reporting.Beyond frameworks, I’ve also built platforms, notably IPESHARE, the Knowledge Management Portal. Conceptualised, designed, and launched under my leadership, it now fuels collaboration and cross-practice learning by anchoring institutional knowledge into a structured, searchable, and ever-evolving digital ecosystem.On the global stage, I served as the WtE Expert for the Republic of Congo, where I led the study for integrated municipal solid waste and energy systems, showcasing my ability to design sustainable infrastructure solutions with contextual adaptability.
