Lead kick-off meetings, consultation meetings and workshops related to project progress and update with the Department of School Education, Nagaland. • Create & finalize the Project action plan and team mobilization plan. • Manage a cross-functional team and ensure the deployment of teams in districts. • Develop project M&E framework and ensure that the project is on track. • Mitigate risks and issues with proactive solutions. • Manage and maintain tools and methodologies for data collection. • Liaise with department to collate secondary data for verification. • Ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables. • Finalize the functional and technical designs in consultation with the department/stakeholders. • Lead and assist the team in hosting, licensing and testing of Teacher Attendance Monitoring System. • Lead and manage the capacity building workshops. • Ensure quality handover of source code and knowledge to the Department of School Education, Nagaland. • Oversee the time-to-time required technical assistance to the department at State level. • Develop framework for communication management and project delivery. • Occasionally conduct visit to schools to review the function of the app/system.• Create and maintain reports for stakeholders (internal & external)
