Directed an end-to-end global RFP to implement a transformative technology-driven programme designed to optimize operational efficiency and align with strategic corporate objectives• Technology Schedule Oversight: Spearheaded the delivery of Technology Schedules as outlined in the MSA, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product subject matter experts, Solution Architects, and Legal to ensure alignment and compliance across all value streams.• Value Stream Workshops: Led workshops with business units and Third-Party Suppliers to map the current (“As-Is”) landscape together with complete integrations and define the target (“To-Be”) Transformation Landscape, establishing a clear roadmap for future-state initiatives.• Operational Change Definition: Scoped and defined the operational changes necessary to support the transformation, from technical requirements to resource allocation and process adaptation, ensuring readiness for a seamless transition. With alignment to a new Target Operating Model• IWMS Implementation: Collaborated with Accenture to draft the Statement of Work (SoW) for implementing an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), detailing the future-state architecture from initial design through to deployment.• Corporate Service Data Platform: Led workshops with Third Parties and internal Data Platform teams to define required integrations to ensure HSBC was the central data authority for all CS Data.
