ABOUT GUPTA SAPNA

I specialize in Startup Law and expansion of business. From the initial incorporation, to transactions required for the growth and maintenance of a business: partnership agreements, purchase agreements, leases, Business Immigration, and more, my firm can assist in all business legal needs. I handle domestic as well as international transactions and have affiliates in Poona, Bombay, Rome and Milan. My firm offers modern, affordable and approachable solutions for business needs. I have worked with all types of businesses: restaurants, import/export, healthcare facilities, real estate developers and more. Prior to forming the law firm of Pantano, Gupta & Polyakov I worked at a solo practice in Queens, New York, after completing a post-graduate fellowship at the Office of the Attorney General of the District of Columbia. While in law school, I served as an extern for the Honorable Mary J. Boyle of the Eight District Court of Appeals of Ohio, and worked in the Civil Litigation Unit for Cleveland Law Department. I attended law school at Case Western Reserve University. I participate in the Legal Aid Society of New York, pro bono Bankruptcy project assisting those who otherwise would not be able to afford quality legal representation. I also participated in the Bread for the City Volunteer legal clinics. I am a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York County Lawyer’s Association and the South Asian Bar Association of New York. I am the former President, and Vice President of Chapter 24 of the Business Networking International in Manhattan. I speak both Hindi and French.
