Responsible for contract management of the main companies of the Group: TLD, Alvest Equipment Services (AES), Smart Airport Systems (SAS), Trusted Aviation Services (TAS), Sage Parts- Responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating the group’s main international contracts related to ground support equipment (“GSE”), including services agreements, as well as agreements related to equipment sales and supply, leasing (both operating and financing), financing contracts, software licensing etc- Responsible for creating and drafting the Group’s standard contracts for the leasing and service of the most innovative equipment- Responsible for assessing the legal implications as well as necessary registration steps related to the incorporation of subsidiaries of the Group in Latin America, as well as coordinating such incorporation procedure with local attorneys- Review and negotiation of several contracts related to public tenders (mostly in Europe and the US) for the purchase of GSE- Responsible for creating the Group’s internal policy (and procedure) regarding contract management, review, negotiation and execution- Responsible for creating and providing Training Sessions regarding legal aspects of commercial contracts (including sale and leasing of equipment) for the sales personnel of all the companies of the Group.
