As Head of Regions Bank’s Making Life Better Institute, I am focused on engaging our employees in supporting our communities through hands-on volunteerism, skills-based and pro bono service, and financial education. Previously, I led the Community Engagement Performance & Impact team, where we focused on understanding the challenges of the communities we serve and exploring solutions to these barriers. I advised executive leadership on Regions’ enterprise-wide community engagement strategy, outcomes measurement, data tracking, reporting, and storytelling. Along with the rest of the Community Engagement team, we strive everyday to help make life better for our customers, associates, communities and shareholders.
