ABOUT CANDY MOORE

A rarity in my field, I bring a unique perspective and valuable insights from my versatile experience in customer service, marketing, sales, finance, and community development to guide organizations through change, position businesses for continued growth, and strengthen the financial equity and stability of individuals, families, and communities.In each of my roles, I have taken the initiative to truly understand the needs of businesses and communities, guide the development of new programs and products, and lead the delivery of options and experiences that have elevated brand identity, mitigated financial risks, and empowered individuals and groups to achieve lifelong success. I have been able to find success in my career due to my effective leadership and listening skills, desire to learn and grow, ability to develop strong teams, passion for giving back to communities, and drive and perseverance to do what is necessary to achieve objectives. Some of my career accomplishments include:• Participated in strategic teams to create programs that have helped at-risk homeowners to keep their homes.• Acknowledged by The Atlanta Business League as one of Atlanta’s 100 Most Influential African American Women for nine consecutive years for sharing expertise with communities and non-profit organizations.• Appointed by the former Mayor of Charleston, SC, to the Affordable Housing Task Force.• Led Atlanta\'s Black/African American Team Member Network in achieving National Chapter of the Year.Throughout my career, I have been recognized by management, peers, and customers for my trustworthiness, patience, creativity, respectfulness, and preparedness to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems.As a leader, I am fully committed to enabling my teams, departments, organizations, and customers in achieving their goals as I am to achieving mine.
