As a leader in real estate development and investment, I excel in managing complex, high-stakes projects that drive innovation and growth in key sectors like Life Sciences and senior housing. With deep expertise in U.S. and international markets, I strategically assess and mitigate construction and development risks to ensure each project achieves its full potential. In the U.S, I partner closely with Wexford Science & Technology, LLC, to create innovation ecosystems by uniting top research universities and private entities within state-of-the-art Life Sciences facilities. Ventas, as the majority owner of this portfolio, relies on my leadership to guide projects from inception through construction, safeguarding our investments. Internationally, I collaborate with Le Groupe Maurice in Montreal on ground-up senior housing developments. My role involves evaluating investment opportunities and ensuring timely, on-budget project delivery while navigating the unique challenges of the local market. Beyond development, I serve as an in-house consultant and problem-solver for Ventas\' portfolio of over 1,200 buildings. I lead complex repositioning and restoration efforts, transforming challenging assets into high-performing investments. Notable achievements include repositioning a partially occupied San Francisco office tower into lab space, involving structural reinforcements and significant system upgrades. Additionally, I led the restoration of a hurricane-damaged medical office building in 2018, overcoming insurance and lease complexities to revive a critical asset and support community recovery. I am passionate about leveraging my expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration to drive value and innovation in real estate development at the highest level.
