ABOUT GREG D.
I help high-functioning professionals, executives, and organizations build resilience, prevent burnout, and create mentally healthy workplaces. With a background in psychotherapy, organizational leadership, and corporate wellbeing, I specialize in evidence-based mental health solutions that enhance both individual and organizational performance. I also provided Couples & Individuals therapy to strengthen relationships, resolving conflicts, and promoting mental wellbeing. My journey began with a deep curiosity about people, how they grow, lead, struggle, and recover. My academic journey started with a BA in Religion and English, followed by a Master’s in Organizational Management & Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, where I immersed myself in systems thinking, ethics, and organisational transformation. But leadership without psychological depth felt incomplete. I later completed a Master’s in Counselling & Psychotherapy (Integrative Modalities), advanced CBT training with the Beck Institute, and specialist certifications in addiction, couples therapy, and burnout recovery. Each layer was intentional. For over a decade, I served as a University Chaplain at the University of Ghana, supporting young adults through identity crises, grief, academic pressure, and life transitions. During that time, I also hosted a national lifestyle television programme, translating complex wellbeing and leadership themes into accessible conversations.I later served as Board Chair of Dansk Børnefond (Danish Children Fund), overseeing governance and strategy for programmes supporting vulnerable children through education — deepening my expertise in accountability, safeguarding, and long-term impact. After relocating to Ireland, I worked in Student Counselling Services at Technological University Dublin before moving into corporate mental health with TELUS Health, delivering Employee Assistance Program counselling to professionals across multinational organisations. In those environments, I saw a pattern: high performance often hides silent exhaustion. Burnout is mislabelled as weakness. Systemic pressure is treated as individual failure. That insight led me to found BridgePoint Wellbeing Solutions — moving burnout work upstream into leadership culture and organisational systems.Today, I integrate 20+ years of cross-cultural leadership and clinical experience to support high-functioning professionals, couples, senior leaders, and organisations navigating growth and pressure.I build bridges between psychological insight and systemic change.
