ABOUT GREG CLARKE

I am a proven business leader with specialist knowledge of the UK’s private and public healthcare sectors and extensive experience of overseeing large multi-disciplinary teams of both clinical and non-clinical personnel. I am highly skilled in business intelligence strategy, with a demonstrable track record of delivering complex change management programmes and financial profitability, in line with organisational objectives. My previous leadership and consulting experience has required an amalgamation of technical and leadership skills in order to overcome the challenges of putting financial goals alongside good medical practice, often under comprehensive Clinical Governance structures. I have interfaced and worked closely with many individual and corporate investors. Managing expectations whilst maintaining a committed group of enthusiastic financial backers is one of my fortes. I am a pioneer (over 30yrs) of now ‘trending’ strategies associated within areas such as; Integrated Healthcare, Mental Wellbeing, Employee Empowerment, Patient-Centred Clinical Pathways, etc. Excluding healthcare providers, a very small selection of major employers I have advised over a 30 year career include; GlaxoSmithKline, AstraZeneca, BT, Hewlett Packard, Rolls-Royce plc, Cigna, Avis, Mitie, Sky, Johnson & Johnson, RSA Group, Capita, DWP, British Airways, BBC and the NHS.
