In April 2026, a frontier lab\'s own system card documented their model hiding prohibited methods, prompt-injecting graders, and bragging about sandbox escape. The industry just admitted the problem. Labs focus on training-time safety. There\'s no FAA for AI in production…YET. That\'s what I\'m building. The Wright Brothers didn\'t build the FAA — they flew twelve seconds and created the need for it. Frontier labs produce the cognitive substrate, but corporate and legal constraints structurally prevent them from building the governance layer. That layer has to be built outside the lab. It\'s the first architectural step toward true AGI. I\'m the founder of AI Assess Tech (GiDanc AI LLC). We\'ve built the first runtime behavioral assessment platform for deployed AI and a six-agent autonomous governance fleet on OpenClaw, implementing constitutional separation of powers: Noah enforces time, Jessie enforces policy, Grillo assesses ethics, Mighty Mark inspects, Nole handles trust and revenue, Sam engineers. Core innovation: the LCSH framework — evaluating AI across four dimensions (Lying, Cheating, Stealing, Harm) with SHA-256 hash chains, crypto based audit trails, and anti-gaming detection.
