ABOUT GREG SMITH
I am a registered architect in MA with over 30 years of experience in a broad range of projects, including commercial, institutional, high-rise, multi-family market-rate and affordable residential, large office buildings, single-family home renovations, non-profit, retail, academic and religious projects. My project managerial experience includes all phases of the work, from proposal writing & interviews through project completion. I guide junior staff on all aspects of projects and lead them from start to finish. I am committed to bringing sustainability to my work at whatever scale and complexity, and I see it as part of a successful outcome. It has been at the core of what I do as an architect since graduating from Carnegie-Mellon in 1992. I am a Certified Passive House Consultant, have been LEED Accredited for over 20 years, and participated in a Living Building Challenge project, and I am familiar with the Well and Fitwell certifications.
