ABOUT GREG DUTTON
Greg Dutton is an award-winning designer and co-founder of Midland Architecture. His work has been featured by Dwell, Wallpaper*, Dezeen, GQ, Better Homes and Gardens, and more; as well as featured on the HGTV and DiY Networks. In his career, Greg has- Won a 2019 Residential Architect Design Award (RADA) for his work on The Hut, a 600 sqft modern off-grid retreat in rural Ohio. The RADA’s recognize outstanding work in advancing residential design. The Hut was selected as one of 20 winners across 7 categories chosen from projects across North America- Received a 2019 AIA Ohio Honor Award. The AIA Ohio Design Awards is an annual program that honors the best of Ohio architecture- Appeared on two seasons of HGTV’s Restored By The Fords while serving as the architectural designer to Leanne and Steve Ford on 20+ projects over the course of the series- Starred in a season seven episode of DiY’s Building-Off-The-Grid. The episode, entitled Ohio Valley Hut, follows Greg and his brother Chris as they build Greg’s design for a 600 sqft modern off-grid retreat in the rural Ohio Valley- Collaborated with celebrated fashion designer Todd Snyder and interior designer James Mills on the Todd Snyder Flagship store, which GQ called the ‘one of the best new stores in the world’ and New York Magazine called ‘the best menswear store of 2017’- Seen his work featured in multiple publications, including Cabin Porn, a collection of inspirational cabin projects that is among the best-selling design and architecture books of the past 10 years.
