I have been working with senior executives in Retail for 25 years across North America, Europe and Asia, helping shape, architect and execute various transformational programs. I enjoy helping clients think through ideas for dealing with, and exploiting disruptive changes in the industry, with a big focus on growth. I have an interest in continuing to learn and engage with industry leaders about the evolving industry dynamics in my role as the global head of our Retail Research, Innovation and Thought Leadership agenda.
