ABOUT GRANT WALKER

Currently, I am enjoying teaching a range of ages and abilities at local colleges. My focus has always been on media editing and production, which has been a deep-rooted passion of mine for many years. With previous experience as a senior business manager, I successfully incorporated marketing, services, people, products, and property. I have had the pleasure of working across multiple sales forums and diverse product mixes, including software as a service, telecoms, IT sales/support, and automotive, including fleet sales.Using my passion for media and creativity, I have developed and implemented successful marketing strategies through various channels – online, physical, and external avenues. I have also nurtured talent, established streamlined processes, and fostered empowering business environments to support and drive business growth. From working with directors to shop floor colleagues, as well as engaging directly with customers, I am comfortable and capable in establishing positive relationships at all levels.I am always receptive to new methods and processes, embracing them wholeheartedly and encouraging feedback from others to enhance my own learning. Building strong relationships and fostering teamwork are key aspects of my approach, enabling me to drive exceptional results and surpass expectations. I take pride in being regarded as a trustworthy and upbeat individual, who can effortlessly create a harmonious team atmosphere while maintaining the professionalism required for maximum performance.
