Curriculum Team Leader (Masonry) Teaching, Learning and Assessment in a range of Construction topics from foundation learning up to level 5 qualification (Brickwork/Maintenance and Repairs).Specialising in the promotion of Heritage Construction Skills, having the accolade of being the first accredited assessor in the UK to assess the NVQ Heritage Skills.Working with Lincoln Council and Lincoln Cathedral co-ordination the Construction Heritage Bursary Scheme.Working with the Lincoln Cathedral Works Department in supporting upskilling staff to become assessors in Heritage Skills.Working with the East Midlands (Clumber Park) National Trust supporting the NT Bursary Apprenticeships in Heritage Skills.Currently working with the Prince\'s Foundation in Building Communities in planning, delivering and co-ordination a new programme of study for the YHA Young Heritage Apprenticeships-promoting and supporting Apprentices across the country in developing skills and understanding in Health and Safety, Heritage Skills and Maintenance and Repairs. Supporting the Prince\'s Foundation in Assessment and Quality control of the BCA the level 3 Building Craft Apprentices in promoting the main trades and Heritage Skills.Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring raising standards of teaching, learning and assessment- specialising in training others in Mentoring and Coaching Skills along with additional related topics- use of ITL and Model Technologies and remote learning.Currently Lead Internal Quality Adviser for Construction.Trained Additional Inspector or Schools, Colleges and Providers in subject areas of Construction & Leadership and Management and Quality Assurance.
