Business Development Rotational Associate | Sales & Marketing FocusAs part of my Business Development rotational program, I began with a comprehensive one-month orientation in Troy, Ohio, where I was introduced to the company’s core operations, strategic priorities, and cross-functional teams. I am currently based in Baltimore through December 15th, where I’m gaining immersive, hands-on experience in both Sales and Marketing functions.In Sales, I’m working closely with Carine Wright to support the Combi Oven sales team. My contributions span across strategic planning, customer engagement, and sales enablement initiatives. I’ve been involved in analyzing customer feedback, identifying market trends, and supporting outreach efforts to strengthen our presence in key territories. This experience is helping me build a strong understanding of the sales cycle, customer relationship management, and product positioning.Simultaneously, I’m collaborating with Tionna and the marketing team to enhance our digital presence across major social media platforms. My focus includes benchmarking our performance on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn against key competitors to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for growth. I’ve been analyzing engagement metrics, content strategies, and audience demographics to help inform our approach and improve brand visibility.This rotation is providing me with a well-rounded foundation in business development, allowing me to work across departments and contribute to initiatives that drive both revenue and brand equity. I’m developing key skills in strategic analysis, communication, and cross-functional collaboration, while gaining valuable industry insight that will shape my future career in business development and beyond.
