Established and now lead the internal communications function for Amazon’s Last Mile - one of the largest logistics and delivery networks in Europe, supporting employees across multiple countries and languages. Key responsibilities:• Built the communications function from the ground up, developing strategy, structure, and processes• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic communication plans that drive employee engagement and support business objectives• Lead and mentor a team of five communications professionals across multiple European markets• Direct multiple agency relationships to deliver high-impact, multi-channel communications campaigns• Manage crisis and change communications across the European Last Mile network• Oversee executive communications, including leadership messaging, town halls, and employee engagement • Protect and enhance Amazon\'s brand and reputation through effective risk management and strategic storytelling
