As the Marketing Manager at WayPoint Real Estate Group, I lead strategic, multi-channel marketing initiatives designed to strengthen our brand presence and connect with high-intent homebuyers throughout the Boise and Treasure Valley area. I oversee content creation and production for our two YouTube channels, Boise Real Estate Insights and Moving to Boise Idaho, where I generate market research-driven content, film and edit long-form and short-form videos, and highlight real customer success stories to build trust and engagement. In addition to video marketing, I create and distribute targeted email marketing campaigns designed to nurture prospective buyers through every stage of their journey—from initial interest to closing day. This includes list segmentation, automation flows, campaign performance analysis, and personalized content strategy. I also manage the development of social media content, design branded marketing materials, and ensure all creative assets align with broader business objectives. By blending storytelling with data and strategy, I help drive lead generation, community awareness, and overall growth for WayPoint’s real estate mission.
