WORK HISTORY
Regional Sales Director - Emea North @Hyland
At Hyland, I lead the UK, Ireland, and Nordics region, managing a cross-functional team supporting a broad range of industries including Public Sector, Financial Services & Insurance, and Defense. This role marks a shift from my previous position as an individual contributor solely focused on Public Sector. Today, I help guide strategy and execution across multiple verticals, ensuring our solutions meet the unique challenges of each industry. We work with government agencies, banks, insurers, and defense organizations tackling legacy systems, fragmented data, and evolving expectations. My focus is on delivering secure, cloud-ready, and AI-enabled content services that drive real impact without disruption.Whether it\'s streamlining citizen services, improving claims processes, or modernizing casework, the goal is always the same: make technology invisible and outcomes visible.Hyland is a global content services leader committed to helping organizations work smarter and serve better. Our platform enables agility, compliance, and meaningful transformation, without having to rip and replace what\'s already working. Some of the work I’m proudest of includes supporting teams who are driving better case handling for vulnerable citizens, speeding up student loan approvals, or helping financial institutions unlock hidden value from their content. It’s about using technology with purpose and keeping people at the center of every decision.

ABOUT GRAHAM LEWIS
Helping people do their jobs better, that’s what’s always motivated me. After years in big organisations like IBM and Canon, I realised I wanted more than scale. I wanted impact. Hyland gave me that. Today, I lead our efforts across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, helping public and private sector organisations unlock the value in their content. That often means turning messy, unstructured data into something usable, understandable, and valuable so teams can make faster decisions, deliver better citizen services, and focus on what truly matters. Some of the proudest moments in my career haven’t come from awards or titles, but from hearing stories like how we helped a government agency communicate better with students about their financial aid, or how local councils have used content intelligence to serve communities faster and more fairly. That’s the kind of impact that stays with me.I care about delivering real outcomes, not corporate noise. That’s why I work closely with customers to understand their world first, then find solutions that fit, not the other way around. It’s also why I believe technology must always be balanced with human oversight and care. AI, automation, cloud content services - these are powerful tools, but only when used to amplify what people do best.Away from work, life is a little less structured and a lot more lively. In 2021, I set myself a goal to run 2,021 kilometres - and did it. I’ve trekked the Annapurna circuit in Nepal, and I try to stay active through CrossFit, squash, and chasing waves at The Wave in Bristol. I’m still chasing the dream of riding inside the barrel, the perfect curve of the wave folding over, though most days I’m just happy to stand up. I’m a proud dad of two daughters, a long-suffering Manchester United fan, and someone who believes new perspectives are always just one adventure away.I’m also lucky to call Bristol home, a vibrant city where hot air balloons fill the sky every summer, a reminder that new perspectives are always just a little lift away.If you\'re looking to drive meaningful transformation or just believe that technology should always have a human purpose, I’d love to connect.
