ABOUT GRAHAM GORDON
Primary Function: Use Six Sigma Black Belt skills and experience to introduce new technologies. From initial quotation and feasibility through to production ramp, ensuring project deliverables are achieved in line with customer and business expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Liaise with customers to ensure the most effective integration into the business. Utilise best practices to meet customer requirements whilst maintaining cost effectiveness. • Assist in project costing working with Sales team and customer resulting in development of BKM’s to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget. • Perform appropriate risk analysis techniques to implement escalation actions as required to meet project milestones • Formal project reviews with customers and executives as required • Work with factory resources (purchasing, engineering, quality & facilities) to achieve success • Work with equipment vendors to ensure final selection of equipment meets process needs whilst within budget. • Continue to support mainstream business needs by help problem solve in areas of my expertise.
